Host Home
About this Program
Host Home providers operate adult foster care homes under the 245D license held by MRCI CDS. Host Home allows participants to remain in their community outside of a group residential setting.
MRCI CDS provides support for the Host Home by:
-
Paying a daily rate to the Host Home as a vendor and billing the state
-
Assisting with licensing requirements for the Host Home
-
Completing goal setting and training documents
Vendor Relationship
The foster care provider is considered a vendor in the Host Home Program and will invoice MRCI CDS for the daily rate.
Foster Care License
Foster Care provider must maintain their Foster Care License with county of residence.
Control your own care
Partnering with MRCI CDS allows you to focus on the participant while we worry about the paperwork.
